Inside Out Therapeutic Connections, LLC offers counseling by a Licensed Professional Counselor at an affordable rate as compared to industry standards of $155-$200/session.
In mentioning this, I do not file insurance claims and I do not accept insurance payments and here is why:
- This allows my clients and me to decide together what treatment is best and how long treatment should last.
- This eliminates my overhead of financial and administrative management of insurance claims, which enables me to keep rates low.
- My goal is to keep rates low in order to help individuals access counseling.
- Your treatment records are never submitted to your insurance company or your employer. I maintain them in my Electronic Health Records (EHR). No one but you and I will see your records unless: (1) a judge signs a court order requiring me to provide the records, (2) your safety or the safety of others is involved, or (3) you sign a release.

Cancellation Policy
You will be considered a no show/missed appointment if you arrive 15 minutes after your scheduled appointment.
Example: If your scheduled appointment is at 5:00pm and you arrive to your appointment at 5:15pm you will be marked as a no show/missed appointment.
Your therapist will not be required to provide services after the 15-minute wait period. After 3 consecutive no shows/missed appointments, you will be discharged from our services.
Please remember to cancel or reschedule 24 hours in advance. You will be responsible for the entire fee if cancellation is less than 24 hours.
Cancellations and re-scheduled sessions will be subject to a full charge if NOT RECEIVED AT LEAST 24 HOURS IN ADVANCE. This is necessary because a time commitment is made to you and is held exclusively for you. If you are late for a session, you may lose some of that session time.
